Description
Fideneo was born from a real client need: a nail technician who was spending a significant amount of time managing her paper calendar, client files, and inventory.
The ambition was clear: to design an application capable of centralizing all salon operations — clients, sales, inventory, scheduling, marketing, and loyalty — within a simple, fluid, and modern interface.
More than just a CRM, Fideneo positions itself as the complete dashboard for beauty professionals, from hair salons and wellness institutes to tattoo studios.
Beyond the application, I also designed and built Fideneo's marketing website, built to present the solution, convert visitors, and support acquisition.

My solution
A multitenant SaaS architecture built to scale alongside professional needs:
- ▸NestJS backend with modular architecture, paired with a Vue.js/Nuxt frontend for performance and a smooth user experience.
- ▸VPS hosting on Coolify with Grafana monitoring and supervision metrics to guarantee reliability and scalability.
- ▸Client management: full history, before/after photos, transaction records, and loyalty tracking.
- ▸Sales and payment tracking with Stripe deposit link generation, gift cards, and automated email campaigns.
- ▸Inventory and product management integrated directly into the business workflow.
- ▸Scheduling and reminders system designed to stay intuitive despite the depth of features available.
- ▸Complete marketing website (feature pages, industry pages, comparisons, SEO blog) built to convert visitors and support acquisition.
Results
The application quickly transformed the daily operations of early salon users: saving over 40 hours per month in administrative tasks, enabling 360° client tracking to personalize each service, and boosting revenue by an average of +18% through loyalty and automated marketing.
The founding client expressed full satisfaction with the tool and its continuous improvements.
Fideneo now stands as a strong foundation for expanding the product into other segments of the beauty and wellness market.
