Description
Belho Xper was born from a real field need: an accounting firm managing hundreds of client files through an Excel spreadsheet that had become unmanageable. Missed deadlines, scattered information, no visibility on team workload — the situation was hindering the firm's growth.
The goal was clear: design an application capable of centralizing all internal processes — client files, VAT declarations, bookkeeping, financial statements, corporate tax, planning, notifications — in an intuitive and powerful business interface.
More than a simple task management tool, Belho Xper positions itself as the operational nerve center for accounting firms, adapted to all types of clients: companies, furnished rental properties (LMNP) and individuals.

My solution
A multi-tenant SaaS built around the complex business rules of French accounting:
- ▸NestJS backend with PostgreSQL/Prisma and Vue 3 frontend (Composition API) for a responsive, modular architecture.
- ▸Strict multi-tenant security: tenant isolation, role-based access control (Expert/User), and a complete audit trail of all modifications.
- ▸Automated task generation based on tax obligations: monthly/quarterly VAT, bookkeeping, financial statements, corporate tax installments, CFE, income tax, and wealth tax.
- ▸Interactive planning with absence management, real-time workload calculation, and a mission system for recurring billing.
- ▸Intelligent notifications with priority alerts and SIRENE API integration for automatic company data validation.
- ▸Dashboard with performance metrics and fiscal year management with history locking for a full audit trail at each closing.
Results
The application transformed the daily operations of the pilot firm: 60 to 70% reduction in time spent on administrative tasks, zero missed deadlines thanks to automatic priority notifications (urgent D-7, high D-15, normal D-30), and real-time visibility on workload enabling optimized file distribution.
The firm's processing capacity increased by 25 to 30% without additional hiring. The multi-type system (Companies, LMNP, Individuals) with automated business rules allows managing the entire client portfolio from a single platform.
This field success gave birth to Kabineo: the firm's bespoke tool became a full SaaS product, co-founded to equip accounting firms across the market.
