Description
Belho XPer was born from a real field need: an accounting firm managing hundreds of client files through an Excel spreadsheet that had become unmanageable. Missed deadlines, scattered information, no visibility on team workload — the situation was hindering the firm's growth. The goal was clear: design an application capable of centralizing all internal processes — client files, VAT declarations, bookkeeping, financial statements, corporate tax, planning, notifications — in an intuitive and powerful business interface. More than a simple task management tool, Belho XPer positions itself as the operational nerve center for accounting firms, adapted to all types of clients: companies, furnished rental properties (LMNP) and individuals.

My solution
Development of a multi-tenant SaaS web application, designed to adapt to the complex business rules of French accounting. The architecture relies on a robust and modular NestJS backend with a PostgreSQL database managed by Prisma, coupled with a Vue 3 frontend (Composition API) ensuring responsiveness and fluidity. Security is at the heart of the system: strict tenant isolation, role-based access control (Expert/User) and client roles (Manager/Assistant), complete audit trail of all modifications. The application includes a wide range of business features: multi-type client management with rules specific to each legal form, automatic task generation based on tax obligations (monthly/quarterly VAT, bookkeeping, financial statements, corporate tax installments, CFE, income tax, wealth tax), interactive planning with absence management and real-time workload calculation, mission system for recurring billing, intelligent notifications with priority alerts, SIRENE API integration for automatic company data validation, and dashboard with performance metrics. The rules engine automates task creation based on client type and tax configurations, eliminating any risk of regulatory oversight.
Results
The application transformed the daily operations of the pilot firm: 60 to 70% reduction in time spent on administrative tasks, zero missed deadlines thanks to automatic priority notifications (urgent D-7, high D-15, normal D-30), and real-time visibility on workload enabling optimized file distribution. The firm's processing capacity increased by 25 to 30% without additional hiring. The multi-type system (Companies, LMNP, Individuals) with automated business rules allows managing the entire client portfolio from a single platform. Fiscal year management with history and locking ensures a complete audit trail for each closing. Belho XPer establishes itself as an industrial solution ready to equip other accounting firms looking to modernize their internal operations.
